Fractional and timeshare products will be among the top topics for discussion at the UK’s only overseas property trade exhibition and conference, which takes place next month.
The Property Investor Show & OPP Live event takes place at ExCeL in London from 13-15 October 2011, and will feature around 200 exhibitors, 50 trade conference sessions and a variety of networking opportunities. Some 2,500 trade visitors from more than 50 countries are expected to attend, including property agents, financial advisors, developers and major companies associated with the sector such as product packagers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, pension specialists and more.
One of the event’s key sessions will focus on the latest developments in timeshare, shared ownership and fractional schemes, as well as the difference the EU timeshare directive will make to the industry.
Nick Turner, vice president Europe, The Registry Collection and Fractional Ownership Developments, will be among speakers taking part in the session, which will help to raise the profile of fractional ownership as well as the world’s largest luxury exchange network.
